New Year is getting closer day by day. Although it’s still only November, we can feel it breathing down our necks. A brand-new year is good for a lot of reasons. There are new surprises, new resolutions, new hopes, new plans and there’s also new stuff in your wardrobe. Yes, this post is about our style predictions for the New Year!

1. Decadent Coats

Unless you live somewhere with a warm climate 24/7, you probably own a big comfy coat. But these aren't what we are referring to! Decadent, fancy coats are making a comeback in 2017. They are a great piece to accessorize with and can exude class and grace. You can snag a great deal on a chic coat during Christmas sales this year from stores like Zara and Topshop.

2. Bell Bottom's

No, we aren't crazy! We aren't talking about your mom's bell bottoms from 1978 either. While we aren't psychic, we strongly believe that bell bottoms are returning in 2017. Designers and stylists alike are already loving them on the fall runways. Pair them with a classy long coat and some ShoeBrats mules, and you will definitely be the hot talk of the town. 

3. Velvet, Velvet, and more Velvet

Velvet dresses are an effortless way of making your style high fashion. Women love wearing velvet coats and skirts in winter because they look really cool paired with most items while still keeping you warm! 

4. Those Sexy Long-boots

Yes! Oh, yes! Sexy long boots aren't going anywhere. Whether they are open-toed like our super sexy Indra boots, or soft and luxurious like our Marilyn's, they are a must have piece in your wardrobe. You don't need a special occasion to rock thigh highs! Pair them with anything from your favorite little black dress to a pair of jeans for a stylish look.

5. Over-sized Sunglasses 

Boring sunglasses are becoming a thing of the fast. Eye-wear is now a great way to express yourself and how you're feeling. Statement sunnies have been a growing trend for a while now, but look for them to really make a splash in 2017.

6. Trying Something New

The best way to bring in a new year is to try something different! Why not step outside your comfort zone and try a unique, extraordinary look? Try out a pair of graffiti leggings, super graphic printed shirt, or even a wild, sassy jumpsuit! If you dare to try something different with your style this new year, you may find yourself having a whole new perspective on 2017!
