For $39.99 a month, you get a $39.99 Exclusive Credit to spend on any shoe of your choice in our Exclusive Club member’s showroom. You can save your credit for future use, since they accumulate and roll over. Want to skip the month? You always have the option to skip by the 3rd of the month and not be charged. Exclusive Club members also get 15-30% off all full-priced styles, free shipping on every order, special sales invitations, free promotional gift cards and lots more. Is there a fee for Shoebrats Membership?

Shopping at Shoebrats.com is absolutely free. You do not need to pay any membership fees. The membership fee for the Shoebrats Exclusive Club is $39.99 monthly. This membership fee will go directly to your account monthly to cover all or part of your purchases.

Do i need to purchase shoes every month?

No, Shoebrats Exclusive Club membership does not require you to purchase shoes every month. Your monthly member credit charged to your account can be saved for use at a later time. Use it when you are ready, or simply carry it over to the next month because your Shoebrats credit never expires.

Can I cancel my Shoebrats account?

You can cancel your Shoebrats account at anytime. If you decide to close your account, you are free to do so at anytime without incurring any cancellation fees. What if I don't like the selections in the exclusive member shoeroom?

When we created The Exclusive Club, we had one goal in mind and that was “Flexibility”. The Exclusive Club was designed to give you MORE and not less. If you don’t like the shoes in our Exclusive Club Showroom, you can buy from the regular site and still take advantage of your discounts and credit. However, we guarantee that the best selections and deals will be for our Exclusive Club members.

When do you charge my card?

Your Exclusive Club Membership will be charged on the 5th day of each month to your credit card on file, unless you have either made a purchase or skipped the month by the 3rd. Your $39.99 charge will go straight into your club account to spend, in the form of an Exclusive Club (EC) Credit. Club Credits accumulate and roll over if unused, and they last forever.

Can I access Shoebrats on my smartphone?

Do you have a sizing chart?

 

Yes, we do have a size chart to help you with your shoe selections. The following are helpful hints you may also consider:

  1. When measuring your foot, remember to stand upright. It also may better to have someone else measure your foot.
  2. If you plan to wear socks with this particular shoe, it is advisable to have them on while measuring your foot.
  3. Note that some sizes may not be available. Shoebrats recommends going a size higher in this case except otherwise noted by the shoe description.

  • HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SHOES?

For every shoe lover it is not enough to emphasize that proper care for your shoes will make you enjoy them much longer. Below are some helpful tips on how to care for your shoes.

Suede: Suede shoes are in a category of their own, since you cannot polish away any scuff marks. Use a suede eraser (basically a brick of crumbly rubber) to rub away small blemishes. Then use a suede brush to restore the nap, or fuzz, of the leather.

Leather: For lighter scuffmarks, lightly rub a pencil eraser against the area. Still dirty? Hollywood Sani-White and similar polishes work. But if the shoes were never white to begin with, treat with the appropriate leather conditioner made for the shoes.

 

Patent Leather: Always use soft shoe brushes to remove dirt and avoid scratches and scrapes. Wash with Mild soap and condition your patent leather shoes with a leather conditioner and polish with wax or shoe polish.
Repairs: Invest as much care in choosing a cobbler to resole or reheel your shoes as you did in purchasing them. And to prevent permanent damage (or, at least, the outrageous repair costs), have all work done before it’s absolutely necessary.

Can I back order sold out items?

Depending on our vendors and manufacturers we may be able to backorder sold out items. We usually review our best selling shoes and place reorders occasionally. For the most part we can reorder your favorites unless they are discontinued. Usually you will not be able to order an item on Shoebrats.com if they are discontinued. If we have a discontinued style return we will usually inform all our clients and members via our social media pages.

Why was my credit card declined?

If a debit card or check card is used to make a purchase on the Shoebrats website and the purchase is not accepted for any reason, please be aware that most banks will hold the ‘authorized’ funds (counting against the account balance until the authorization clears), even if the order is not accepted due to Shoebrats security measures. The most common reason for a failed transaction is that the billing address entered does not match the billing address for the debit/check/credit card being used for payment. Shoebrats Address Verification System (AVS) security will reject any transaction for a billing address mismatch. Shoebrats does not have the capability nor is obligated to release the bank’s temporary hold on authorized funds. Since Shoebrats does not have the capability to release the bank’s temporary hold of funds, Shoebrats cannot be held responsible for the policies of the customer’s banking institution regarding the holding of authorized funds. Please note that authorization fund hold last for varying periods, depending on the issuing credit card company’s policy. We strongly suggest you contact your credit card company or bank directly and verify the duration of the authorization fund hold. From our experience, we have seen this hold last for a period as little as three days and as long as several months but they differ from bank to bank and vary for different credit card companies.

How Do Returns Work?

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items can be refunded for store credit only. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
